Our Services may also include widgets, which are small programs of interaction that run on our website to provide specific pieces of information from another company (such as displaying the news, weather, music, and more), or specific functions (such as controlling some buttons). Personal information, such as your name and email address, may be collected through the widgets. The widgets may set Cookies to enable some functions properly. Your Consent about Cookies
On your first visit to our website, you saw a pop-up banner to inform you about the purposes for which cookies are used and the means to control them. You will see this banner each time you visit the website until you take action to respond to it. By clicking the “Accept Cookies” button, you agree that we can “use” (collect, save, store, change, transfer (including trans-border transfer) and delete) cookies as described below. You are further confirming that personal data (which includes any personally identifiable information about you) may be collected and stored by third parties located in the United States. Introduction to Cookies
A “cookie” is a small text file that is stored on your browser or device through websites, apps, online media platforms and advertisements, which is used to record your browser or device during and across your website visits. For example, we use browser cookies, which are small data files (typically made up of numbers and letters) that are downloaded when you access our Services and allow us to recognize your device. We may also utilize other similar technologies that may identify you or the devices you use. For detailed information on cookies and similar technologies, please see “Cookies Used in Services” Section below.
There are different types of Cookies, for example:
“Persistent,” “permanent” or “session” Cookies. Persistent and permanent Cookies remain on your device even after you disconnect the internet. Persistent and permanent Cookies will be stored on your device until they are manually deleted by you or by your browser according to the duration specified in the Cookie file itself. Session Cookies are deleted at the time you close your browser.
“First-party” or “third-party” Cookies. First-party Cookies are Cookies that are placed by Ragile. Third-party Cookies, if any, are placed by our partners, vendors, and other third parties. We do not control the collection or further use of data by third parties using third party Cookies. Information collected by third party Cookies is governed by the privacy policy of the company that placed it. You should review the third party’s website for more information about how they use cookies.
“Preference,” “authentication and security,” “analytics and search,” and “advertising.” Preference Cookies allow our Service to remember information that changes the way the site behaves or looks, such as your preferred language or the region you are in. Authentication and security Cookies allow us to authenticate users, prevent fraudulent use of login credentials, and protect user data from unauthorized parties. Analytics and search Cookies collect data on the performance of an online service and your activities so we can understand how our Services are being accessed and used and make the performance better. Advertising Cookies enable us and our advertisement network partners to display advertising personalized to you.

“Do Not Track” Function
A “do not track” function refers to the feature of sending signals to services you visit and indicating your intention of your online activities not being tracked. Some web browsers may provide you with the “do not track” feature. This is different than disabling or deleting Cookies, because a “do not track’ feature may still accept Cookies. So far, industry standard for how companies shall respond to a “do not track” signal has not been developed yet. We do not respond to "do not track" signals at this time, but we will describe how to respond in the future upon enablement and acceptance of the industry standard. Learn more information about “do not track.”
